He teaches Education Finance, Public Policy and Educational Data Analysis courses on undergraduate, masters, and PhD programs. He also does Masters Research and PhD student supervision. His research area is Educational Policy with focus on education finance (school funding) and teacher work conditions. He developed research and consultancy projects sponsored by the Ministry of Education and city halls.</span></p>
